Chloe Brown, PA-C


Chloe Brown is a physician assistant who specializes in orthopaedic surgery/sports medicine. She was born and raised in Westchester, NY. Chloe attended Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT for her undergraduate degree, where she majored in Health Science Studies with a double minor in Biomedical Sciences and Psychology in 2017. She then attended Pace University-Lenox Hill Hospital Physician Assistant Program in NY, NY and received her masters in 2019. She focused on orthopaedic surgery during her rotation studies at Lenox Hill Hospital. She works under the guidance of Dr. Kenneth McCulloch in both the clinical and surgical settings. Chloe prioritizes compassionate patient care and thorough clinical treatment and evaluation with each patient she encounters. She currently lives in Manhattan, NY.

David Lutz, PA-C


David Lutz is a certified physician assistant specialized in orthopedic surgery/sports medicine. He was born in Brooklyn, NY and graduated from Brooklyn College Magna Cum Laude. David attended SUNY Downstate where he spent a year in the Physical Therapy program at which point he realized his true passion lie in being a physician assistant. David then attended the Physician Assistant program in SUNY Downstate, where he graduated one of the top students in his year. He focused on orthopedics and excelled on his elective rotations in orthopedic surgery at Kings County Hospital, knowing that he wanted this discipline as his career choice. He has been working under the guidance of Dr. Mark Bursztyn MD. and together have been working as a great team. David is married and living in Brooklyn, NY.

Eric LeClair, PA-C


Eric Le Clair is a certified physician assistant who specializes in orthopedic surgery/sports medicine. Eric was born in Trier, Germany and later moved to Connecticut where he worked for 6 years as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) while earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Allied Health Science. He gained his interest in Orthopedics while completing an internship at Alta Ski Resort Medical Clinic in the mountains just above Salt Lake City, Utah where he would treat orthopedic emergencies. He later attended the Pace University-Lenox Hill Hospital Physician Assistant program in Lower Manhattan where he received his master’s degree in 2018. Eric works in conjunction with Dr. David Capiola to provide the best possible care for patients who are suffering from orthopedic complaints and assisting in their surgical interventions. Eric is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the New York State Society of Physician Assistants.

Luke Carey, PA-C


Luke Carey is a certified physician assistant who specializes in orthopaedic surgery/ sports medicine. He has also mastered every other specialty in surgery as well as training individuals in the different specialties of surgery. Luke was born and raised in Hollywood, FL. He later came to Maryland where he graduated with a degree in Exercise Science from Towson University in Maryland. He knew he wanted to specialize in orthopaedic early on in his education from being injured as an athlete searching for proper treatment. He received improper diagnosis for many years and after continued searching found the right surgeons to treat his injury. This resulted in a drive to learning more about the field of orthopaedics. Luke attended the Physician Assistant Program at Weill Cornell in New York City and received his masters in 2009. He works under the guidance of Dr.Kenneth McCulloch. Luke always continues to have a drive to improve surgical and clinical skill sets. Focusing on the patient and making sure they receive excellent treatment is his high priority goal. He is married with two children living New Jersey .
