Chloe Brown, PA-C


Chloe Brown is a physician assistant who specializes in orthopaedic surgery/sports medicine. She was born and raised in Westchester, NY. Chloe attended Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT for her undergraduate degree, where she majored in Health Science Studies with a double minor in Biomedical Sciences and Psychology in 2017. She then attended Pace University-Lenox Hill Hospital Physician Assistant Program in NY, NY and received her masters in 2019. She focused on orthopaedic surgery during her rotation studies at Lenox Hill Hospital. She works under the guidance of Dr. Kenneth McCulloch in both the clinical and surgical settings. Chloe prioritizes compassionate patient care and thorough clinical treatment and evaluation with each patient she encounters. She currently lives in Manhattan, NY.

Gabriella Dutsar, PA-C


Gabriella Dutsar is a certified physician assistant who specializes in orthopedic surgery/sports medicine with prior experience in physical medicine and rehabilitation. She was born and raised in West Hartford, Connecticut. Gabriella attended Wagner College in Staten Island, NY where she earned her Bachelors of Science in 2018 and her Masters of Science in 2019. Shortly after graduation, she became an adjunct professor at the Wagner College Physician Assistant Program. Gabriella works alongside Dr. David Capiola in the clinical and surgical setting to provide exceptional care for patients suffering from orthopedic conditions and acute orthopedic injuries. Gabriella prioritizes creating a personable patient encounter with enthusiasm, education, and kindness. She currently lives in Manhattan.

Luke Carey, PA-C


Luke Carey is a certified physician assistant who specializes in orthopaedic surgery/ sports medicine. He has also mastered every other specialty in surgery as well as training individuals in the different specialties of surgery. Luke was born and raised in Hollywood, FL. He later came to Maryland where he graduated with a degree in Exercise Science from Towson University in Maryland. He knew he wanted to specialize in orthopaedic early on in his education from being injured as an athlete searching for proper treatment. He received improper diagnosis for many years and after continued searching found the right surgeons to treat his injury. This resulted in a drive to learning more about the field of orthopaedics. Luke attended the Physician Assistant Program at Weill Cornell in New York City and received his masters in 2009. He works under the guidance of Dr.Kenneth McCulloch. Luke always continues to have a drive to improve surgical and clinical skill sets. Focusing on the patient and making sure they receive excellent treatment is his high priority goal. He is married with two children living New Jersey .

Raquel Torrez, PA-C


Raquel Torrez is a certified Physician Assistant who specializes in orthopedic surgery/sports medicine. She was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She earned her bachelors degree in 2012 from UCLA, and her masters in physician assistant studies in 2020 from Sacred Heart University in Stamford, Connecticut. Raquel works alongside Dr. Mark Bursztyn M.D.  in both the clinical and surgical setting, and strives to treat every patient with respect, empathy and evidence based medicine. Raquel is also fluent in Spanish, and takes pride in being able to use her family background to help her patients. She currently lives in Manhattan with her fiancé.
